The Industry Association for Uniform Smartcard Solutions e.V. is organising a full-day information event on “Standards and Uniform Data Structures as Growth Drivers” on 23 May 2012 in Munich. During the presentations in the morning, participants will get an overview of the current situation (specifications, public appearances, available compliant products, installations) and further developments regarding the activities of the association. Furthermore, innovations and trends in contactless smart card technology will be highlighted.
In the afternoon, there will be an opportunity for an open discussion, where participants can also contribute their experiences and assessments. The members of the industry association present will be happy to answer questions. The following topics, among others, will be discussed:
Growth through uniform instead of proprietary card structures – a contradiction?
What tools & experience are available to easily integrate the uniform payment data structure oCF into existing solutions?
What joint public appearances are planned (or should be planned)?
Which advantages do members of the industry association have by using the unified data structures?
During the event there will be enough space for personal information exchange and networking for all participants.
