The industry association for common smartcard solutions e.V. has reorganised itself at its annual general meeting on 20 March 2015 in Meilen (Switzerland).
The new chairman is Ulrich Ludwig from Vision ID Engineering. Ludwig has already been a member of the board since 2011 and has headed the technology committee since then. The following were elected as further board members: Christoph Grund, Micros Fidelio Germany, Martin Witschi, Hug-Witschi and Dirk Schwindling, TCPOS. The previous head of the association Walter Neuhaus, Kontroll Systeme, who led the business from its foundation, was unanimously elected honorary member. Walter Neuhaus led Common Smartcard from 2011 to 2014.
